Bekwai Youth Parliament - BYP wishes to Announce to the General Public especially Honorable members of the House the Final Funeral Rites of Minority Chief Whip - Hon. Nana Yaw Ntiri (Wachapa).

Date: Saturday, 30th July, 2022
Venue: Bekwai Adjamesu (Off Kumasi - Cape Coast Road)
Time: 3:00PM
Converging point: Bekwai Total Fueling Station at exactly 2Pm.

BYP SUSPENDS 1ST SITTING OF THE 3RD SESSION OF THE 1ST PARLIAMENT!

Due to the demise of our Minority Chief Whip, Honorable Wachapa, notice is hereby given to all Honorable members that our 1st sitting of the 3rd session of the 1st Parliament is hereby postponed sine die.

Rather, on Tuesday , 31st May, 2022; ALL Honourable members will converge and proceed to the one week observation at Bekwai-Adjamasu (Off Bekwai Anwiankwanta Kumasi Road)

Time and converging point will be communicated later!

BEKWAI YOUTH PARLIAMENT MOURNS!

We are sad to announce the demise of our Minority Chief Whip, Honorable George Atta Ntiri popularly known as Wachapa. He died yesterday Monday, 23rd of May, 2022 late afternoon.

He has not been well lately but showed an impressive sign of recovery.

He represented BYP on the 11th April, 2022 at the National Youth Volunteering Program that was held at Prempeh Assembly Hall.

Our condolences to the family, especially the wife!

Bekwai Youth Parliament - BYP PREPARES AHEAD OF REGIONAL YOUTH PARLIAMENT INAUGURATION!!!

The Hon. 1st Deputy Speaker, Hon Stephen and Majority Leader, Hon Bright joined the other selected parliamentarians to rehearse towards the Regional Youth Parliament Inauguration.

The inauguration is slated for 28th February, 2022.
