The CR Communications Bureau has taken notice of a media flyer issued by Anidaso Tv on Monday 30th October 2023 regarding panelist for the Anopa Anidaso Morning Show with one Hon. Justice Quarm designated as National Communications Team Member, Communication Officer Agona East and Regional Communications Team member. For the record, the facts are;

1. The Agona East Constituency held its constituency elections with duly elected officers. Murtala Mohammed was duly elected as Constituency Communications Officer and is the ONE officially recognized by the party.

2. The membership to the Regional Communications are Constituency Communications officers, deputies, top five communicators put forward by each of the twenty-three constituencies. Mr Quarm was not put forward by Agona East Constituency and so cannot hold himself as a member of the regional communications.

3. Membership to the National Communications is done by the National Communications Bureau Headed by the NCO, his two deputies, the Director of Communications and his deputy. Central Region is represented by some former appointees, MPs, myself as RCO/ former appointee, the DRCO, a former RCO, former DRCO and three Constituency Communications Officers. Mr Justice Quarm is not known in the National Communications Bureau.

As much as we appreciate the effort of members to communicate for the party, we will ask that comrades do not misrepresent themselves and, in the process, cause confusion within the Communications Bureau. The Bureau will not condone such behavior nor hesitate in executing appropriate measures to forestall such occurrences in the future.

The focus of the Communications Bureau is to work with all to ensure victory for the NDC 2024 and to promote unity amongst the rank and file of the Party.
