This morning, the Deputy Minister Hon. Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui joined the National Homeownership Fund's 4th Annual General Meeting

As an entity that has a huge role to play in the government's housing agenda, it is encouraging to see the Fund nurture strategic partnerships that position it to help bridge the gap that makes housing inaccessible to many Ghanaians.

The sector deputy minister believes such partnerships represent an important step in positioning the Fund to assess and strengthen its capacity to attract and deploy appropriate housing finance while demonstrating its willingness to engage strategic continental partners in developing solutions to Ghana's housing challenges.

It is expected that the Fund will continue to become more innovative, more commercially responsive, and more impactful, while remaining firmly anchored to its public interest mandate
