The first batch of National Anti-Illegal Mining Operations Secretariat (NAIMOS) which has come an end to usher in a news batch has presented illegal fi****ms seized during their operations to the Minister for the Interior, Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak.

Receiving the items, Hon. Muntaka thanked the Minister for Lands and National Resources and the NAIMOS for the good work and hand over the illegal fi****ms to the National Commission on Small and Light Weapons for marking and destruction according to law. The Minister for the Interior, Hon. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, has joined His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama at the 2026 Ghana-European Union Partnership Dialogue currently underway at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Accra.

The Dialogue aims to take stock of the Ghana-European Union relationship and chart the way forward.
