🌸 Ram Janm Utsav 2026 | Accra, Ghana 🌸

A truly divine and memorable evening celebrating the birth of Lord Shri Ram, the embodiment of righteousness, truth, and compassion.
The Bhojpuri Association of Ghana hosted a vibrant Ram Janm Utsav at the National Theatre, bringing together devotees, families, and community members in a grand celebration of faith, culture, and unity.

Ram Janm Utsav, marking the divine birth of Lord Rama and the culmination of the sacred Chaitra Navratri festival, serves as a timeless reminder of the values of duty, virtue, and compassion. The celebration not only honoured the timeless values of compassion, kindness, and dharma embodied by Lord Rama, but also fostered greater understanding and friendship by bringing diverse communities together in a spirit of unity and mutual respect.

✨ The evening featured:
🎶 Soul-stirring bhajans and devotional music
💃 Colorful cultural dance performances
🎭 A captivating musical drama depicting the timeless stories of Lord Shri Ram
🤝 A wonderful spirit of togetherness and community celebration

The event was graced by Mr. V.N. Parameswaran, Chargé d’Affaires, who commended the Association for its efforts in promoting cultural exchange and preserving India's rich traditions in Ghana.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga at the Ministry of Gender, Children & Social Protection 🇮🇳🇬🇭

In the lead-up to the 12th International Day of Yoga 2026, the High Commission of India, Accra, in collaboration with Rabito Clinic, organized a rejuvenating yoga session at the Ministry of Gender, Children & Social Protection.

The session brought together around 50 professionals in a meaningful celebration of inclusivity, wellness, and the unifying spirit of yoga. Participants actively engaged in yoga practices, breathing techniques, acupressure, meditation, and discussions on how yoga can contribute to physical, mental, and emotional well-being in everyday life.

Rabito Clinic also conducted a complimentary CPR Training session, highlighting the importance of preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle choices.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Gender, Children & Social Protection for their warm participation, support, and hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to all participants who contributed to making the session both meaningful and inspiring.
