Staffs of the Zongo and Inner-Cities Development Secretariat (ZICDS), in collaboration with the Iranian Red Crescent Society, actively participated in a Blood Donation Exercise organized by the Iran Clinic (Red Crescent Society) to commemorate the 2026 World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day.

The exercise underscored our shared commitment to humanity, compassion, and saving lives through voluntary blood donation. We are proud to have supported this noble initiative and remain committed to partnering with organizations that promote the health and well-being of our communities.

The Presidential Coordinator of the Zongo and Inner-Cities Development Secretariat (ZICDS), Hon. Alhaji Baba Lamine Abu Sadat joined His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama, government officials, religious leaders, and fellow Ghanaians at the National Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving held at the Ghana National Mosque, Kanda.

The national observance brought together people of faith to offer prayers of thanksgiving and seek God's continued guidance, peace, unity, and prosperity for our beloved nation.

As the Secretariat advances its mandate in support of the Government's Resetting Ghana Agenda, we remain committed to promoting inclusive development and improving the lives of Zongo and inner-city communities across Ghana.
