Helpline of Hope Call Centre The Call Center is operational from 8am to 5pm,

The helpline of Hope Call center was launched in 20th December,2017 and is to provide a single-
entry point to receive complaints and feedback on the implementation of ongoing social
protection programmes.

The helpline of Hope Call center was launched in 20 th December,2017 and is to provide a single-
entry point to receive complaints and feedback on the implementation of ongoing social
protection programmes. The Call Center is operational from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Citizens can call with any mobile network on TOLL FREE LINES: 0800 800 800/ 0800 900 900 and
lodge their complaints.
