Electricity Company of Ghana Limited Management (especially Achimota branch) should be very ashamed and those in charge of Maintenance be sacked.
Omanjor and it's township has been experiencing low power (as low as 104V) since November. We have called, visited the office for over 15times, we always asked to go and that they would come fix it.
3 faces in the district but only 1 face is working hence everybody in that district in on that face. Causing pressure on that face. Our fridge can't work, lights not stable, even fan not working to talk of AC.
Anytime I call customer care line (from November to date) am giving a code. Gone to the office several myself yet nothing has been done.
All they do is sit there, comand you, take details and tell you to go and that their team would come there.
Your actions are what is causing people to use illegal means and instead of solving it, a new tax as been added on electricity (a necessity) WOW, you guys must be stupid and heartless. 😡😡😡😡
Every food, meat, fruits in my fridge are spoilt and amist all this but prepaid every 4day (100cedis).
NPP Ghana Government is this what you promised. Trust me this year, would rather speak with a madman than go queue to vote for “YOU SELF CENTERED WICKED CRIMINALS into power again.

Till date my biggest regret in life was voting, campaigning and been a polling agent for this government.
