We will be running 3 Aqua Fun sessions next week - these are fun for the whole family!

We’re proud to be offering an Aqua Fun SEND session for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
👉 Please note: all participants must be accompanied in the water on a 1:1 basis by a parent/guardian/carer aged 16+ who is a competent swimmer.

Well done to the Beau Sejour Barracudas (the competitive squads of the Beau Sejour Swim School)Junior Meet Team 2026 in retaining the Bailiff’s Cup this afternoon. You all played your part and were amazing!
You all showed commitment in your preparation in training and all your efforts paid off.
For some of you this was your first competition and you showed real courage and determination.
Thank you to our captains James and Nigella and to all who helped poolside. Tigers of Jersey placed second and Guernsey Swimming Club - third.

Our swimmers have been doing so well and many have moved up to new groups, so we now have some space for children of school age who can swim either 5m, 10m or 25m unaided on their front and back.
As we approach the summer - in addition to following the Swim England Pathway, we will be covering Safe for Summer awards, further reminding the children how to stay safe especially in and around open water, the importance of floating and what to do if they or someone else gets in trouble. A reminder to all swimmers born 2018 that trials for consideration to join the Barracuda squads take place this Friday 1st May at 4.00pm.
The Barracudas are the competitive squads of the Swim School and have great success at club, Island, Channel Islands, County, National and International level.
Those selected at this young age, just increase their training to start with and begin to learn the rules of competition. They will begin to compete at the start of 2027.

Looking for a special way to bond with your baby or toddler? Our friendly 20-minute Discovery Duckling classes are the perfect mix of fun and learning!
