Back to the history between 1894-96 in the oldest district of Tbilisi – Vera, great architect Alexander Ozerov designed and built a beautiful and unique Wine Factory N1 (Ghvinis Karkhana | ღვინის ქარხან).
During many years it was closed for any visitors. But in 2017 it became as a new multifunction city space for citizens and tourists.
Wine Factory N1 is a huge project what offers a great variety of ideas, such as: flower bazaar, flea market, open cinema, restaurants, bars and cafes, night pre-club, office space, culinary school, the biggest wine bazaar & degustation class, show room & concept store with Georgian designers and products, art space, a little pottery, street food space- organized in 5 old wine barrels …
But the Soul of the Wine Factory is a breathtaking ancient wine repository, in antiquity, what kept over 100 years wines and cognac from the Napoleon’s and Stalin’s collection.
Wine Factory N1 open all over the year and ready to host the guests from 9.00AM till late night daily.
