Showcasing Talent!

We’re delighted to share that a beautiful painting created by a resident from Y Glyn Sheltered Housing Scheme is now on display at Ystrad Mynach Gwasanaeth Llyfrgell Caerffili - Caerphilly Library Service

The artwork captures the Britannia Mine and reflects the talent and pride of its creator. It’s wonderful to see their work being shared with the wider community and celebrated in a local space.

A big thank you to Ystrad Mynach Library for kindly supporting this and providing the opportunity to showcase the resident’s artwork.

Two new protections are being added to Secure Occupation Contracts:
✔️ No unfair treatment for having children
✔️ No unfair treatment for receiving benefits
These changes happen automatically from 1 June 2026.
We are writing to all tenants about this – look out for your letter.
Remember:

✔️ Just clearer, fairer rules

Our residents at Prospect Place had a wonderful time showing off their creativity at our Easter Bonnet Parade! From bright colours to fantastic handmade designs, it was lovely to see so many smiles, laughter, and Easter spirit.

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the afternoon so special.
