Our committee elections are here! Do you want to be part of the committee? Drop us a message here to let us know what role you’re running for, and come prepared with a speech on Tuesday!

We are looking for:
• Welfare officer - Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our members at events and socials
• 1st Year Officer
• 2nd Year Officer
• 3rd Year Officer - Be the point of contact for your year group and arrange individual year group events
• LGBT Officer
• BAME Officer
• Disability Officer
• Women and Marginalised Genders Officer

Again, to run for a role, drop us a DM and let us know what you want to run for. Come prepared with a short speech or send your speech to us if you can’t make the event.

Coffee Shop Crawl! ☕️

Meet us at 11AM this Saturday for a coffee shop crawl!

Make sure to register your interest on the Google form in the bio by 9AM tomorrow. As we are expecting a high turnout, there will be two groups - with one starting at Le Speciality and the other starting at Micklegate Social. Keep an eye out on your emails to know which cafe you’ll be starting in. Both groups will meet in the middle at 200 Degrees.

Of course if you can’t make it for 11AM, keep an eye on the group chat for updates as to where each group will be :)

Polsoc’s first social of the year is here! Meet us in SLB/207 on Thursday night to get involved! We’ll be beginning the game in Spring Lane, before heading into town for a pub crawl of York’s finest!

The aim of the night is to stick as many stickers to your target without them working out who you are. 🕵️‍♀️

Dress code is ‘men in black,’ and is highly encouraged but not compulsory! 👽
