A message from Soma Sound & Wellbeing : "I don’t know about you, but when I really need to switch off, there are two things I’m drawn to every time… a sound bath and a massage. 🤎✨
There’s something about being surrounded by sound that allows minds to quieten, and something about massage that helps the body soften and let go.
So when Adele and I got talking, we had a thought…

Over the past few months, we’ve been quietly working behind the scenes to bring those two experiences together in a way that feels considered, nurturing and genuinely deeply relaxing.
And we’re SO excited that we’re finally ready to share it with you.

SOUND & MASSAGE | The Deep Rest Experience
For 90 minutes, all you need to do is get comfortable and allow yourself to receive.
I’ll guide you through an immersive Soma Sound Bath using crystal singing bowls, grounding percussion, delicate chimes, voice and vibration, while Adele moves gently around the room offering each guest a tension-releasing head, neck & shoulder massage, thoughtfully woven into the sound experience.
Sound surrounding you.
Nurturing massage.
Nowhere else you need to be.
Just 90 minutes dedicated to switching off, releasing some of what you’ve been carrying and allowing yourself to be looked after.
This is something completely new and we’ve put so much thought into how we can bring the two therapies together beautifully.
