It is with the of greatest sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest Mrs T.

Barbara Tildesley, head teacher, published poet, beautiful storyteller, devoted dog lover, passionate piano player, much loved mother and grandmother, and all in all a thoroughly adorable human being.

As a team we have been honoured to care for her in the last 3 years of her life and did some amazing things together. Notably, recently the Grand Piano playing at Grantley Hall and Saints Church, Newton-on-Ouse but also many other simple occasions, ice creams in the marketplace, coffee and cakes at Bakehouse Yorkshire walks at Millfields searching for dogs to pet and often just sitting in her lounge, drinking caramel lattes and listening to tales of Spitfire flights, escaped hamsters and many more.

We will all remember her with fondest memories and will miss her greatly, rest in peace Mrs T🩷
