It's less than a week until the end of the summer holidays, but the beat goes on for the Summer Reading Challenge! 🏖📚🎶

The Summer Reading Challenge continues after the school holidays and runs until Saturday 12th September. There are stickers to be collected and certificates to be earned, so if your little readers still have some books to do, there is plenty of time to come on down!

Our sister library in Redditch town centre is having a big birthday celebration this Saturday, 15th August. Pop in between 11am - 2pm for fun and crafts, and plenty of cake!

Redditch Library is 50 Years Old!! 🎂📚🎉

Back in January, the Redditch Library building turned 50 years old and this weekend we are holding a very special birthday party to celebrate.

Join us this Saturday, 15th August, from 11am-2pm for an Alice in Wonderland themed day. There will be crafts, activities, and plenty of cake, and we will be singing 'happy birthday' at 1pm. Hope to see you there! 🎁📖🎈

Extra Activity at Wythall Library next week.
On Monday afternoon at 2 pm, come along and listen to the story "The Music In Me" by Sophy Henn and then make your own instruments. Finish with a jamming session with everyone playing their instruments. It is £1.50 per child and places must be booked in advance as spaces are limited.
