The gentleman from one of our West Sussex houses had a wonderful time out to Aldingbourne Country Centre recently - luckily the sun was shining and so were all the animals.

Lucian has been fantastic at helping us. I was on shift with him yesterday and he has completely understood the three people we support. His communication was spot on, and he brings a light and airy atmosphere. Lucian supported AC yesterday on a new activity for AC. I received feedback on his positive support from that activity session. Lucian is very engaged, and interacts so well with all of the people we support' here. From Hannah (manager of where Lucian has been helping).

Lucian for employee of the month this month. His work recently has been amazing; organising medication and ordering them without being asked, spending all day out on activities without complaints, encouraging PWS to complete tasks indoors and spending time encouraging them to always achieve more.

His attitude on shift is always positive; he creates an inclusive environment and leaves the staff and PWS with smiles of their faces. He never leaves an incomplete task and completes them all to the highest standard.

He has recently been working at another house and has received amazing feedback not only from the manager and their team but from another person from another house who has observed him on activities with people we support.

He has represented our house and himself amazingly and makes me a proud manager 🙂 From Leanne (Lucian's manager)
