Amberley Lodge Care Home

Amberley Lodge Care Home Amberley Lodge Care Home is a nursing home based in Worthing, West Sussex. The home specialises in caring for those with dementia.

The foundation of the home focuses on the individual with dementia by offering a person-centred approach to care. Amberley Lodge is registered with CQC to provide nursing care for elderly people over the age of 65, who have a dementia type illness. Prior to admission to Amberley Lodge, an assessment is carried out to establish if the needs of the resident can be met at the Home. When the resident

moves to the home, the assessment will be reviewed and individual care plans drawn up as well as risk assessments. These are reviewed on a monthly basis. We are well recognised by social services and the local continuing health care team, for providing good quality care.

Happy birthday to our wonderful Darren who was 56 years young today ❤️ I for one am very glad as I can officially say (for 6 whole months!) We had a beautiful suprise yesterday... the pupils and Teachers from St Mary's Primary school came to visit with some gorgeous flowers for our residents 🥰💐🥀🌹🌺🪷🌸🌼🌻🪻🌷
How amazing and thoughtful is that??? Today some of our Residents helped arrange the flowers in vases, so not only did St Mary's brighten up our day and Home, it also provided a creative activity as well! 🤗😁

We had the amazing Keith Goodall (Entertainer) in this afternoon, huge hit with our Ressies, unfortunately we were all far to busy singing, dancing and being very competitive in the music quiz to take photos 🫣🤭 but trust us, it was brilliant 👏 thankyou as ever Keith, see you again soon!!!!
