Hey! GHF would have turned 10 yrs old today. No we are not reopening! Thought it needed marking in some way. This post from a month before everything closed down around us shows how buoyant GHF was. It had taken 7 years to fill the classes and the PT sessions, and it was an incredible time with you incredible people. Life's funny, takes us off in different directions, and I couldn't be happier in my current work, however I will always feel a bit sad that this was just taken from us and was untenable to rebuild through the subsequent months of lockdowns.
I still think of our fun and fitness every day. Thank you, all clients and friends for every class, every session, and every Your Way 5K event. Not only did we get fit but we raised for so many local and national charities.

Decided to reopen for a few evening PT clients.... however, if its not the client self isolating it is me! Not sure its tenable... but working on it...
In the mean time put myself through my paces today and yesterday. About time too.
Celebrate what your body is capable of, don't exercise as a chore.... missing Metafit so worked out to two of their soundtracks! Although not their moves haha!😊

Today, if covid had never happened, we would have celebrated 7 years of GHF. Personal Training and Community Fitness Classes.

Unfortunately GHF locked down on March 22 and the future of GHF remains uncertain. Circumstances have changed for everyone, and as yet I have not reopened. Group classes will remain closed. At this time there are no plans to reopen PT this year. That's all I can tell you for the moment.

But I'll raise my glass this evening to the clients who have supported me and my fitness business for 7 years, and the fun and fitness we have had together. Thank you 💕

From September we will be offering a brand new and completely FREE creative dance programme for adults with disabilities as part of the Active Lincolnshire and Sport England Tackling Inequalities Fund.
The programme is a series of creative dance sessions focusing on building confidence in dance by experimenting with making movement. Classes will involve a variety of activities both led by the facilitator and through individual creative opportunities for participants.
There will be 4 weekly creative dance sessions available. The classes will be available via Vimeo from September for you to access in your own time. This can be done as a group in a communal area of your centre or individually at home. Please note, support from a guardian/support worker is advised to participate.

Hello everyone.

At present, we are still unable to have group exercise indoors, and I think most of us would be reluctant to attend. As such, Metafit and Breeze remain on hold.

We will not be having our classes on Zoom or outdoors.

We continue to wait for safety. It doesn't matter that other places open up, gyms and 1-2-1 outdoor training, we are neither of those. We are special!

Hopefully PT will return around September time.

In the meantime, I'm sure you're all aware how complicated this has been and continues to be for small businesses. Even when we return, if we can return to our businesses, things will be different. From my own canvassing of clients I expect 50-65% of clients to return, so will be returning to half or two thirds of my business, and income.

Which I just wish to use as a reminder today as the rest of the shops around us begin to reopen. You'll notice gaps where shops and businesses have ceased to trade, and you'll notice changes in the shops that are able to reopen.

Please shop locally, support your small businesses, so that we can all return to you in due course.

Keep smiling. We are alive and well. 😊 Thinking of all our local small businesses locally in and around Woodhall Spa today, wishing them all a successful reopening.

The GHF cabin has had a lick of paint. All PT clients have had an email regarding our plans for returning in September. As for classes, no update for Metafit currently. Breeze... doubtful we will be able to return to a group environment as before.... but as ever we will:
