We are an independent company specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management, Asylum Seeker Housing, Housing Consultancy and Supported Accommodation for 16-18-year-old Looked After Children. We are fully focused on the priorities and needs of our landlords and tenants. Our aim is to provide support to vulnerable young people so they can gain the life and social skills necessary for t

hem to obtain and maintain independence when they move on. We do this by ensuring young people work with fully qualified staff who will support them in running a successful tenancy, looking after their property, engaging with education, training and employment and meeting all other support needs, tailor made to the young person. Landlords who approach us about renting properties to us can do so with confidence, we will look after you and your property every step of the way. ECLIPSE PROPERTIES LTD WAS FOUNDED IN 2008 BY SANJEEV SANSOY AND DAOUD HASHIMI
The main aim for the company when it first began was to provide estate agency services to the local area. They then branched out and started providing accommodation and support services to looked after children, by building up partnerships with local councils. Eclipse has grown steadily since then and now works with 16 Local Authorities. Currently our main services are:
