Support Horizons is a not-for-profit organisation empowering adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, active lives in their communities. We're currently looking for Support Workers to join our team in Bracknell.
Job Description:
Position: Support Worker
Location: Bracknell
Hours: Full-time (including some weekends)
Driving Licence: Required
What you’ll do:
Provide one-to-one, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities
Assist with daily activities such as shopping, appointments, leisure outings, and household tasks
Build strong, supportive relationships with service users and their families
Work with a small, consistent client group for continuity of care
