The Old Cottage: BBF Fielding Ltd were commissioned to completely renovate and refurbish a Grade II Listed property, including a small extension. The works are now complete.

BBF Fielding Ltd were granted planning permission on the 10th July 2023 for the “Change of use of part of the existing changing room/pavilion into a studio and associated facilities for Dramatize. Alterations to existing elevations to change all windows, the addition of a new sliding door and the installation of a DDA compliant ramp together with a new fence, and new fence locations around the building.” to a Pavilion building in Ashford.

Ray Freeland: 1947-2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Freeland following a short illness.

Until his recent retirement, Ray had been a Director of BBF Fielding since 2000 and an integral part of the Practice. His extensive knowledge and experience of town planning & public and private sectors was invaluable, as was his dry wit, great warmth and strength of character.

He will be greatly missed by all of us here and by his many friends and clients.

We hope you will join us in sending our love and support to Ray’s wife and family.
