Nourishing Neurodivergent Children and Young People: Practical Nutrition Support for Calm, Focus and General Wellbeing
Sandrine Olmi is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Mind, Body, Eating Coach specialising in supporting families of neurodivergent children. As both a practitioner and mum of a neurodivergent child, she understands the challenges families face around food refusal, anxiety, meltdowns, sleep difficulties, and the worry of whether children are getting the nutrition they need.
In this supportive and practical session, Sandrine will share evidence-informed guidance on how nutrition can help support mood, focus, sleep, digestion, and emotional regulation. Parents and carers will learn simple, realistic strategies to make mealtimes feel more manageable, alongside practical tips for supporting gut health.
The webinar will also explore how parents can better nourish themselves to maintain energy, resilience, and patience while caring for their families.
This session is designed to leave families feeling reassured, empowered, and supported with gentle, practical ideas they can start using straight away.
