With parts of the country reaching 29Β°C today, please share our Summer Water Safety advice to help keep your community safe around water.
β οΈStay safe:
β’ Enter the water slowly and carefully
β’ Stay within reach of others
β’ Swim in supervised, lifeguarded areas
πIn an emergency:
β’ If you fall in or become tired, stay calm, float on your back, and call for help
β’ If you see someone in difficulty, throw them something that floats
β’ Call 999
β’ If you're at the coast, ask for the Coastguard
