It’s finally here… the grand opening of the new Northmoor Playpark and community space!

Ps… don’t forget the village litter pick from 10-12, coffee and cake available at the village hall for the pickers!

It’s the final countdown - this Saturday (5th April) - woohoooooooo!!!!

After two years in the making - we hope to see you all there!

Don’t forget, there’s also a village little pick from 10-12 beforehand, any volunteers greatly appreciated.

The pub will be open as usual and also providing take away food for the park party!

Just a friendly reminder that although the park is almost complete, it is not ready for use yet. We need to finish a few things and have a ROSPA inspection for our insurance! We will keep you updated on park opening party, details to come soon!

The team have made awesome progress this week, still some way to go but it’s on track, and we’re super happy!

Huge thanks to James, Fi and team for organising and hosting such a brilliant event on Saturday and to everyone who attended Call My Wine Bluff... An amazing total of £547.48 was raised in funds towards our new play park 😀😍

As many of you know, in less than 5 weeks, I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon!

Although I have been gifted a place through the company I work for, Abbott (sponsors on the world marathon majors), I am also taking this opportunity to raise funds for the Northmoor Play Park and Community Space

We are over half way of our £100k park target with a few more fundraising events coming up, we are on the home straight and we can’t wait to see all our hard work pay off!

🍷FUNDRAISING EVENT🍷
Call My Wine Bluff comes to Northmoor Village Hall on Saturday 23rd March 7.30pm where a panel of 3 experts (they're definitely not!) each guide you through 5 different wines, but only one is telling the truth. Do you know your Malbec from your Pinot Noir, your Chardonay from your Sauvignon Blanc? Come and put your knowledge to the test!

Tickets are priced at £20 each which includes 5 small glasses of wine. Tables of 8 people but if you can't get 8 together we can match you up with other smaller groups so please don't worry.

There will be a bottle bar where you can purchase additional wine and beer. No food is provided but please do bring you're own along (anything from a few crisps and nibbles, to takeaway pizza, to a full on 3 course meal) and make a proper evening of it.
