And what's more, to mark our 25th anniversary, we’ve added £25,000 to the funding pot, bringing this year’s Community Fund to £55,000!

We also offer grants for local neighbourhood activities and community-led projects that bring people together.

We're recuiting: Neighbourhood Housing Officer (Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for an experienced housing professional to join our busy team. This is a flexible, mobile role - combining home and office working with face-to-face time supporting customers across a defined patch of mixed tenure properties, including general needs, independent living, shared ownership, and leasehold homes.

You’ll be involved in:
- Estate management (grounds maintenance & communal services)
- Managing voids and new tenancy sign-ups
- Supporting tenancy changes and ongoing tenancy management
- Handling nuisance and anti-social behaviour cases
- Encouraging resident involvement
- Responding to service charge queries
