Curriculum news: Pine class
Food and Farming: Last term was lots of fun in Pine class. We baked a variety of (mainly) bread-based items. We enjoyed exploring the textures, smells and of course the taste! We also grew a variety of vegetables and herbs in the garden which are now flourishing. We have used some of the herbs to make herbal teas and pupils have enjoyed tasting these teas. We also used the Biozoon to ensure everyone could join in with our tasting sessions.

We have had lots of creative fun too, getting messy with paints and other art materials and using our preferred method of communication to explore choices.

And we have also enjoyed a farm themed dance in the hall every Tuesday.
