🇬🇧 Royal British Legion March Past the Cenotaph 2026 🇬🇧

The AGC Association has been allocated 45 tickets for this year’s marching contingent on Sunday, 8th November 2026.

ℹ️ Key Information & Allocation Details:
The Ballot: If we receive more than 45 requests, tickets will be allocated via a ballot.

Priority: First priority will be given to veterans who have never attended the parade before, as well as veterans traveling from outside mainland UK.

Next Steps: Once tickets are allocated, successful applicants will receive instructions on how to complete their official registration on the RBL ticket portal.

⚠️ Please Note:
As this is strictly a veterans’ parade, currently serving personnel (including full-time and part-time reservists) are not permitted to take part.

A Successful Weekend for the AGC at Thruxton BSB! 🏁🇬🇧

Last month, the Corps Engagement Team attended Leg 7 of the British Superbikes Championships at Thruxton Circuit to support Staff Sergeant Thomas (Tommo #21).

It was a brilliant turnout, with between 20,000 to 30,000 spectators attending over the three days. The event provided an excellent platform for our team to connect with the public and highlight the fantastic career opportunities within the Adjutant General's Corps.
On the track, SSgt Thomas had a busy schedule navigating practice, qualifying, and two intense races. His hard work paid off, securing a double podium with 3rd place in both Race 1 and Race 2 of the Supersport Cup! 🏆🏆

Congratulations to Tommo #21 on a fantastic achievement, and a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the engagement stand to chat with our team.

CRHQ Army Reserve Opportunities

CRHQ AGC is the Corp’s National Reserve unit based at Worthy Down and part of the AGC HQ.

National Reserves are required to conduct a minimum of 19 Reserve Service Days (RSDs) to qualify for their annual Bounty. These RSDs will include role/trade specific employment plus mandatory training and more may be available subject to budgetary constraints. Dependant on the tasks being undertaken, individuals could be required to work at units or formations anywhere within the UK and there is also a requirement for attendance at Worthy Down to conduct mandatory training.

There are currently officer vacancies at Capt/Maj rank and soldier vacancies at all ranks from Pte to WO2. All of these vacancies are currently advertised on SERVE with differing closing dates for applications but the posts will be re-advertised until filled. Further detail can be found on the adverts or contacting the PSAO, WO1 E Yule on [email protected]

The family of LCpl Michael “Axel” Foley, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2012, are hoping to gather any photos or videos you may have of him. If you served with him, knew him, or have footage where he can be seen or heard, his family would be deeply grateful to receive those memories.

🎯 Get Ready for AGC CORPSOSC 2027! 🎯

Whether you're a complete beginner looking to build range confidence or an experienced marksperson aiming for high-level competition, the AGC Corps Operational Shooting Competition (CORPSOSC) is your opportunity to develop your skills and represent the Corps with pride.

To help you get competition-ready, the AGC Shooting Team and AGC Permanent Range Team (PRT) are running a relaxed, supportive Introduction to Competition Shooting Week from 19–23 October 2026.

What you’ll get out of the Intro Week:
Hands-on coaching and practical range experience
Marksmanship and weapon-handling skill development
Exposure to a variety of challenging firing events
Confidence-building in a safe, professional environment
The chance to meet fellow shooters and prepare for selection ahead of CORPSOSC 2027 (planned for April/May 2027)

No matter your current experience level, this is your chance to challenge yourself, hone your military skills, and step up your shooting game.
