Would you like to volunteer with us?
We are looking to recruit two new volunteers for our popular Books on Wheels Home Delivery service:

1. Book Delivery Volunteer 🛻
To help deliver books to our customers on the first Tuesday of each month. A DBS check will be completed as part of this role.

2. Book Selection Volunteer 📚
To help select the books each month for the customers, based on customer requirements and preferences.

To apply for either of these roles, please complete a volunteer application form from the Cheshire East Libraries webpage, or pop in to the library to chat with a member of staff.

What a special Thursday evening we had! 🎉
Congratulations to everyone who completed the Summer Reading Challenge this year. It was wonderful to celebrate with so many children at our award ceremony.
A big thank you to our special guests from Cheshire East and Wilmslow Town Council for joining us. We'd also like to give a special thank you to our volunteers, whose time, enthusiasm and support helped make the Summer Reading Challenge and our celebration such a success.
We look forward to seeing you back at the library, discovering even more great books to read! 📚
If you couldn't make it to the ceremony, don't worry, there's still time to collect your medal and certificate from the library.

There's still time to finish your Summer Reading Challenge! If you've been reading to the beat this summer you have until Saturday 12th September to finish your challenge! Don't forget you can read or share any type of book you like, including eBooks and audiobooks, which you can download and borrow for free with your library card.
