Mercor Fire Protection UK Limited are looking for a sales and technical person to help with our expanding business. We are looking for an enthusiastic, technically minded individual to support the management team. This is an exciting opportunity for personal development within a dynamic growing business.

We are the UK subsidiary of Mercor S.A. a leading Polish manufacturer of passive fire protection systems. Mercor Group is made up of an international group of companies which is among the industry's leaders on the European market. Our comprehensive offer includes: smoke and heat exhaust systems, rooflight systems, fire ventilation systems, as well as fire protections of building structures.

Key tasks and requirements:
• Liaise with new and existing customers to understand their individual requirements
• Interpret technical drawings where applicable and produce professional accurate quotations to the clients requirements
• Ensure that the CRM system is kept upto date
• Keep upto date and Produce weekly/monthly reports
• Liaise with Mercor S.A. in Poland

Key skills:
• Be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
• Attention to detail.
• Organised, focused and results orientated.
• Problem solving skills (ability to solve manufacturing problems etc)
• Adaptive communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and samples.

Experience:
• Experience of smoke and ventilation industry preferred but not essential, full training will be provided

JOB:
• Full time
• Permanent
• Office based, Handforth, SK9
• 40 hours, Monday to Friday
• Occasional travel both within UK and international may be required
