Regenerative Grazing and Livestock Integration Opportunity
We invite tenders from commercially capable livestock operators for an exciting regenerative grazing and livestock integration opportunity across approximately 550 acres, divided into three lots.

The land includes areas of permanent pasture, grazing leys and herbal leys across the estate.

We are seeking applicants who can deliver well-managed rotational or adaptive grazing while supporting wider regenerative farming objectives, including improved soil health, sward diversity, nutrient cycling, biodiversity and practical livestock integration within a mixed farming system.

Applicants may tender for one, multiple or all lots. The estate may award licences to one or more applicants and will consider both the financial proposal and the quality of the grazing and management approach.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the estate team as part of a practical and evolving regenerative farming programme. This includes engagement with Soil Farmer of the Year 2023, Stuart Johnston, and Regenerate Outcomes, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to and learn from leading regenerative farming practitioners while helping to shape the future direction of the estate’s farming system.
