Mottey Meadows hay is produced from one of the most environmentally and historically important wild flower hay meadows in the UK. It provides 75% of dietary requirements of rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and degus. The site is one of the best examples in the UK of a wild flower flood plain meadow. The site has the following accreditations:
NNR - National Nature Reserve
SSSI - Site of Special Scientific Interest
