The Granary Restaurant on the estate is open daily for breakfast and lunch and serves dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings. Inspired by the seasons and fresh produce from the Walled Garden, our Head Chef and his brigade create delicious menus for you to enjoy. Whether welcoming royalty for a wedding, G8 Summit Leaders for a conference, clients for a business event, schools for an educational visit or visiting for an event, Weston has a unique appeal whatever the occasion. Home to over 25 expert growers, our Autumn Plant Fair is the perfect opportunity to pick up some beautiful, new blooms for your garden.

🌳Our Park & Gardens are also open to explore! Run wild in the Woodland Adventure Playground, enjoy a picnic by Temple Pool and get some inspiration for your garden for ours.

🌿 This weeks harvest from the Walled Garden is here!

This week's harvest included an impressive 46kg of onions, 10.5kg of tomatoes, 8.4kg of beetroot, fresh herbs, salad leaves, raspberries, strawberries and even a melon, all grown just a short walk from the Granary Restaurant kitchen.

Nigel Parnaby, Head Chef, said: "The launch of our new autumn menu couldn't have come at a better time. The beetroot, onions, cabbage and fresh herbs harvested from the Walled Garden are already giving our guests a taste of Autumn here at Weston.'

Every week, our gardeners harvest the very best of the season, bringing fresh, homegrown produce straight from the Walled Garden into the Granary Kitchen.

🥕 In total, an impressive 205.41kg of produce was harvested during the month of August, providing our chefs with a fantastic selection of seasonal ingredients for our menus!
