Year 3 took some time to slow things down in with a guided body scan meditation.

Lying comfortably on the floor, the children focused on different parts of their bodies, noticing how they felt and becoming more aware of the connection between their mind, body and emotions.

A calm, thoughtful session helping us learn simple ways to look after our mental and physical wellbeing. 🌿✨

A lovely chance for the oldest and youngest members of our Woodland family to spend time together, enjoying lunch and making memories.
