It has a unique charm, thanks to the traditional Victorian architecture. We are located in the heart of Westbury, just a short walk from the town centre car parks. This page is designed to provide information and an online community. 👀 Who remembers being taught to swim by Joan?

Joan is still here at Westbury Pool, teaching and helping the next generation of children learn to swim and build their confidence in the water!

We’re looking to increase our numbers in our Children’s Swim School and would love to welcome some new swimmers.

Aquafit Class Cancellation Update

Unfortunately, both of today's Aquafit classes have been cancelled due to instructor illness.

9:45am - 10:30am Aquafit
If you were booked onto this session, you're still very welcome to come along and enjoy a swim instead.

10:30am - 11:15am Aquafit
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an alternative swim option for this session.

We are doing our very best to contact everyone affected with the short notice we've been given, but we apologise if we haven't managed to reach you yet.

🐧 Stage 1 Swimming Lessons - Spaces Available Now!

Ready to help your child become confident in the water?

There's never been a better time to start! At Westbury Swimming Pool, one of the UK's oldest working public swimming pools, our fantastic swim teachers have been helping children learn to swim safely and confidently for many years. We're incredibly proud of our team and the positive impact they have on so many young swimmers every week.

Stage 1 Learn to Swim Spaces Available

✅ Monday - 6 spaces
✅ Tuesday - 10 spaces
✅ Wednesday - 1 space
✅ Thursday - 2 spaces
✅ Friday - 5 spaces
✅ Saturday (10:00am) - 3 spaces

Stage 1 is where the magic starts!

Children will build water confidence, learn essential pool safety, practise floating, gliding, moving through the water and develop the foundations needed for a lifelong love of swimming.
