What a fun and creative activity at Stanborough Lodge Care Home! 🥰

Our residents enjoyed making their own little boats and then the exciting moment came… floating them! ⛵️💦

There were lots of smiles, laughter, excitement, and cheering as everyone watched their handmade boats sail across the water. 😄👏

Our residents had so much fun playing “Musical Statues” at Stanborough Lodge Care Home! 🎵💃 Everyone danced, laughed, and had to freeze whenever the music stopped! 😄

Our residents enjoyed a lovely flower-making activity, getting creative with colours, shapes, and beautiful designs. 🎨✂️💐

It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the activity, sharing conversations, helping one another, and proudly showing off their colourful creations.

Activities like flower making encourage creativity, concentration, fine motor skills, and social interaction, while providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our residents. 💖

🌺🌴 Aloha from Stanborough Lodge Care Home! 🌴🌺

What an incredible day we had at our Extravaganza Barbecue Party! 🎉🍔🌭🎶

Everyone embraced our Hawaiian theme this year, with our residents, families, friends, staff, and guests dressing up in colourful tropical outfits and accessories. 🌺☀️🌴

The day was filled with delicious food, music, dancing, laughter, refreshing drinks, and so many wonderful memories shared together. 💃🎶💖

A huge thank you to all the stalls and ice cream vans for joining us and helping to make our celebration extra special. 🍦🛍️ We truly appreciate your support!

A very special thank you to Nick Caruso, who always brings so much joy to our events with his fantastic singing and entertainment. 🎤🎶 You helped make the day even more memorable for everyone!

The children had a fantastic time enjoying the bouncy castle, bringing lots of laughter and excitement to our Hawaiian celebration. 🏰🎈

And of course, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came and joined us. Our residents, families, friends, staff, guests, and community all helped make this such a wonderful and memorable day.

The excitement is building at Stanborough Lodge Care Home as we get everything ready for our much-anticipated Extravaganza Barbecue Party! 🎊🍔🌭

Our team has been busy preparing the decorations, delicious food, fun stalls, entertainment, and all the special touches to make it a fantastic day for our residents, families, friends, and guests.

We can’t wait to celebrate together with great food, live music, laughter, and lots of fun! 🎶🍦🎈

What a fantastic time we had during our karaoke session! Our residents were so excited to use the microphone, sing along, and enjoy lots of smiles and laughter. ❤️

Everyone joined in together singing lots of favourite songs, creating such a joyful atmosphere. It was especially lovely seeing Chris enjoying “Brown Girl in the Ring” so much! 🥰🎤

Our residents enjoyed a fun and engaging “Guess the Flag” activity! 🌎😊 Everyone had the chance to test their memory and knowledge by identifying flags from around the world.

There were lots of guesses, smiles, laughter, and friendly competition throughout the session. 🎉

A wonderful activity to encourage cognitive stimulation, conversation, learning, and social interaction while having lots of fun together! 💖
