Back to school? We went back to networking!

This morning over 25 people joined us for Chamber Connective at The Radley Care Home in Borehamwood, and what a lovely venue to start the new term.

The Radley is part of B&M Care, and we heard from Angela Hunt, Director of Sales & Marketing, who shared some of the fantastic work they are doing, particularly around dementia care.

Their person-centred approach recognises that dementia affects everyone differently, celebrating each individual for who they truly are and supporting staff to embed best practice in the care they provide.

Everyone attending also had the opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and their business before the networking continued.

A huge thank you to Angela and everyone at The Radley and B&M Care for such a warm welcome.

Picnic in the Park is back this Friday!

Over 20 people are already registered for our annual Picnic in the Park with the Chamber, and there's still time to join us.

Come along to King George V Playing Fields, Watford for a relaxed morning of networking, catching up and meeting new people.

Bring your own food and refreshments and, if you fancy joining our game of rounders, come suitably dressed!

Families and dogs are very welcome too.

And if the British weather has other ideas, don't worry! We have a backup plan and will head inside to Holywell Community Centre.

A warm welcome to Natasha Field and Stars Therapy, who have joined the Watford & West Herts Chamber of Commerce.

Welcomed by Amanda Grimston, Natasha is an experienced psychotherapist supporting adults and teenagers with anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, bereavement, low self-esteem and many other mental health concerns.

As well as one-to-one therapy, Natasha is the author of S.T.A.R.S. – Setting Time Aside for Renewal of Self and hosts Talk in the Park, a free monthly wellbeing walk that brings people together in nature.
