New evening fitness classes! 🧘🏽‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️

Join Harriet (not our Harriet 🤪) for an hour-long yoga flow and Emilie for strength and circuits.

Bookings must be made in advance, you can do so through the link in our bio!

We're still running our existing classes, but these evening ones will hopefully mean those of you who work daytimes can also come along and enjoy a workout 🥰

It can't just be us that has been craving nothing but salad for every meal this week? 🥵 well maybe except breakfast but we wouldn't judge...

Luckily we've got build-your-own salads with a choice of toppings, protein, sauces and more - and it's available for takeaway too 🤪

Open from 9am tomorrow, if you really do want a salad for breakfast then we'll be there for you x
