We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and operational standards across our growing Midlands portfolio of health clubs, gyms, pools and spa facilities.

This is not a desk job. We need someone proactive, organised and practical - someone who takes pride in high standards and can keep multiple sites running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be responsible for:
✔️ Planned & reactive maintenance
✔️ Pool plant & leisure facility oversight
✔️ Health & safety compliance
✔️ Contractor management
✔️ Supporting club teams across multiple sites
✔️ Helping us maintain the premium member experience Granite is known for
