Beth here! 👋🏻 You may have seen my face on the front desk or in our Friday Mindful Strength class already 🧘🏻‍♀️

I’ve practiced as a nutritionist for 7 years, specialising in oncology, weight loss and mental health. Alongside my love of food is strength training (the steel jungle is my second home!) 💪🏻

I openly share my weight loss and maintenance journey during my online programme 👉🏻 .bb (all welcome!)

I believe everything we need is found within. It just requires devoting time and attention to connect with our mind, our body, our potential ✨

Fellow oddballs, tree huggers and deep thinkers say hi! I don’t bite (unless it involves brownies 😋)

🌸 Meet the Team Monday 🌸

This week we're shining the spotlight on Emily Pearce!

Emily's passion for beauty started young, she's been into makeup and beauty products since she was just 16. After finishing school, Emily completed her Level 1, worked with children, and picked up a safeguarding certificate along the way.

At 26, she went back to college to complete her Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, and has since added life coaching to her toolkit too. Emily is also a certified Angelic Reiki Holistic Beauty Therapist, bringing a real depth of knowledge in spa, wellbeing, nutrition, skincare and makeup.

What she loves most about the job? Helping people feel their best.

Outside of work, you'll find Emily hosting spa nights, out horse riding, swimming, or spending time with her animals. And if you want to make a friend for life, just mention Harry Potter! ⚡🦉

⚽ Meet the Team Monday ⚽

This week we're shining the spotlight on Sophie!

Sophie has been a Leisure Attendant here at Walton Hall for a few months now, and she's loving every minute of it. Alongside her role, she's currently studying Sport Therapy at university and plays football in her spare time, so health and fitness runs right through everything she does.

What she loves most about the job? Keeping active, meeting new people, and always learning something new.

A fun fact about Sophie: she can speak four languages, and she loves putting them to good use whenever the chance comes up!
