We're very pleased to advise that Stagecoach have reached a pay agreement and any industrial action has now been cancelled. The usual 14 day forward booking option for IndieGo PLUS has now been restored.

Supported by funding through the UK’s Rural Mobility Fund, Warwickshire County Council replaced a discontinued fixed route bus that served smaller rural villages with an On Demand service. Launched in May 2022, the service has not only provided vital transport links for residents affected by the discontinued service, but it has expanded network coverage to other surrounding villages who were previously underserved. Liftango has worked closely with Warwickshire County Council to further tailor the service to meet its community needs, including using flexible trip parameters for users with mobility challenges and optimising service parameters to increase the number of accepted trips from the same number of vehicles.

We're exceptionally proud and pleased to announce that the innovative IndieGo PLUS DRT service set up just 18 months ago has been shortlisted for 2 prestigious awards at the CiTTi (City Transport & Traffic Innovation Magazine) Awards.

The first is the Public Transport category, and the second is the Shared Mobility category both of which put us up against strong competition from around the country.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 21st November and suffice to say that we're keeping our fingers crossed!
