✨ We were delighted to invite local Guides and Rangers who piloted the 'Explore Healthcare Careers' Challenge Badges our team developed in partnership with the Integrated Care Board🤩

They took part in a fun, interactive immersive room experience at Acorn House followed by a hands-on simulation session led by our subject matter experts👏

It was fantastic to see so much enthusiasm, curiosity and engagement as they explored what our NHS Midwives and Radiographers do everyday💭

A huge thank you to everyone involved for the incredible support creating the challenge packs and hosting such an engaging and inspiring session💙

Delegates returned to present their Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign projects, showcasing how they are applying the LEO principles and empowerment framework within their teams and services👩‍⚕

It was inspiring to see the continued growth in leadership, collaboration and innovation across the cohort👏

Congratulations to Community nurse, Olivia, for completing the SWFT accelerated preceptorship programme👏🚀 ⁠

The 6-month Accelerated Preceptorship supports registered practitioners who have either Returned to Practice, completed the Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship Step-On or are new to SWFT🤗

Olivia said the programme has increased her "confidence, competence, knowledge and learning."🙏
