Simple exercise, powerful principles🌧️

Last week, Nursing Preceptees took part in "Creating a Rainstorm" during their first Development Day👀 While this is a fun, light-hearted exercise that teams enjoy, it carries an important message💭

By listening, communicating and delegating they create something that wouldn't be possible individually. This highlights the value of effective collaboration and the contribution each person brings to a team🤝

It's a great way to break the ice across the cohort and reflect on the teamwork skills that are essential throughout a nursing career💙

🌟 This week the team hosted 5 nurses for Day 1 of their Preceptorship Programme at SWFT!

Day 1 focuses on introducing the programme and outlines how they'll be supported as they begin their journey as registered healthcare professionals📈 The group had a go at our 'Creating a Rainstorm' activity that highlights the power of teamwork, communication, leadership, delegation, and time management⛈

We look forward to seeing them grow and progress over the next 18 months!💙
