The Speak Up 4 All group had a good session today to celebrate Pride month.

They created their own flags and discussed the meaning of the different colours of the flag, sexuality, life, healing, sunshine, nature, harmony and spirit.

The group also had an important conversation about respect and doing our best to remove discrimination from our community.

Some of our staff team have joined the mass that is happening today as part of the Living Streets campaign to highlight the benefits of walking for women.

We enjoyed a walk in the sunshine through Sankey Valley Park, lots of great conversation whilst keeping active.

We had a very good discussion about staying safe and healthy in the heat and shared our ideas and experiences about keeping cool.

Ice cold lollies helped us to stay cool too!
