⚽🌍 World Cup Celebration Week 🌍⚽

To celebrate the excitement of the World Cup, we will be holding a special World Cup Celebration Week at nursery.

Throughout the week, children are invited to come dressed in the colours of their favourite team or country. This could be a football shirt, a national team kit, or simply clothing in the team's colours. Please ensure all clothing is comfortable and suitable for a busy day of play and activities.

The children will enjoy a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities inspired by countries from around the world, including games, creative activities, music, and opportunities to learn about different cultures.

We look forward to a week full of colour, fun, and celebration ⚽🏆

Using feet for sensory play in EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) is an excellent way to develop gross motor skills, balance, and tactile awareness. The feet are incredibly sensory-rich. By taking off shoes and socks, children build vital neural connections while exploring new textures, temperatures, and shapes.
