🌟 Usdaw North West Young Workers’ Summer Patrol – Days 3, 4 & 5 🌟

Day 3 – We hit the streets of Liverpool for a busy retail recruitment campaign at Primark and several Tesco Express stores across the city. In between, we took the chance to soak up some of Liverpool’s proud radical history – dropping into News From Nowhere bookshop and raising a pint in The Casa Bar, home of the sacked Liverpool Dockers and a lasting symbol of solidarity. ✊📚🍺

Day 4 – We headed over the border to Kellogg’s Wrexham, a site with 100% union density and an incredible workplace culture. It was inspiring to see what’s possible when union organisation is strong and members are united. 💪🌾

Day 5 – Today we’ve been at B&M Distribution in Runcorn – right in the middle of the supply chain – where union presence is on the rise and members are building strength every day. 📦🚚

This week has been an amazing experience for all the Young Workers involved – getting out into different workplaces, meeting members, and seeing the power of a strong, organised union in action. Here’s to building the movement, one conversation at a time! ✊❤️
