Residents have recently been contacted about a consolation document for new housing. This document is from a consultation agency acting on behalf of Peel Holdings. This is NOT from WBC or a housing developer, and ultimately has no standing. However, we would encourage all residents to let their views be known.

The Parish Council will strongly object to this, and any future large scale developments. The villages receive no additional funding, or improvements to existing infrastructure. And with dwindling service provision from Warrington Borough Council, such a proposal cannot be considered.

Thanks to Cllr Silke for the work done on the bench - looks good as new!
