A busy month for your Parish Council (meeting held on 20th May) - next one will be MONDAY 15th June
The parish council continues to work with residents, police, MP, WBC with regards to traffic issues on Glazebrook Lane 🚗
Road surface improvements completed on Manchester Road 🛣️
Chair’s celebration event held on 19th April - great to see so many there, and the guard of honour for the mayor, bus the scout, cubs and beavers was 🧑🍳 💋
Road sign replaces on Moss Side Lane 🪧
Cllr Silke has completed maintenance work on one of our benches - it looks fantastic 💺
Parish Council continues to work with residents, supporting planning breaches, tree trouble, parking concerns, and disputes 😤
On the website, planning applications are continually being added. These are the ones we get notification of from WBC. 🏠

To all residents, Warrington Borough Council will not allow any new litter bins in the village. The parish council has offed to fund new bins and the collection costs, but this has been rejected. 🗑️
Various incidents of pot holes, blocked gully’s and fly tipping, street lights, noise pollution are reported, actioned and fixed on a weekly basis 🚯
Planning applications considered and commented/objected as appropriate 🏠
