🌿 A little update to our parking for the winter months! 🚗🍂
As the wetter weather arrives, we need to make a few changes to where cars can park at The Secret Garden. This helps us protect the grass over winter and keeps the driveway clear and safe for everyone. 💚
When you arrive:
🚗 Please fill the 9 marked spaces beside the house FIRST — these are the bays marked with white lines, including the one space that sweeps around in front of the house.
🚗 Once these are full, please continue down the driveway and use the 6 spaces beside and in front of the garage.
🌱 Please don’t park on the front lawn or grassy hill beyond the silver birch tree during the winter months.
↔️ Please keep the main gravel driveway completely clear — cars shouldn’t be parked along the gravel driveway or blocking access.
🅿️ If the spaces by the garage are also full, our on-site parking is at maximum capacity. At this point, please find alternative off-street parking nearby rather than parking on any of the grassed areas.
We know parking isn’t the most exciting part of a Secret Garden visit 😂, but following the guide makes such a difference. It helps us look after the garden through the wetter months, keeps access clear and means we can continue welcoming lots of little visitors throughout autumn and winter. 🍂🌿

Please note that parking capacity is greatly reduced during these months so please arrive early if you would like a space or perhaps park nearby and walk a short distance along to playgroup.
