Free one-hour Park Yoga continues to grow in popularity in Warminster Lake Pleasure Grounds (Weymouth Street, Warminster, BA12 9NP).
Residents and visitors can stretch, strengthen and unwind each Sunday morning from 9.30am to 10.30am, with the outdoor sessions run by highly experienced instructor Natalie Coleman.
The suitable for all yoga โ which launched in May, takes part near the mini golf area of the park and new visitors can look out for a flag near the tennis courts.
Park Yoga is a national charity delivering free outdoor community yoga in nature in 60+ towns and cities across England on Sunday mornings.
Cathi Farrer-Mitchell, Director of Park Yoga explained: โAs a charity we want Park Yoga to be as accessible as possible, thereโs no need to book and itโs free to attend.
"You donโt need any specific equipment, just a yoga mat if you have one, but if not a blanket or towel works perfectly. Come along and give it a go, you wonโt regret it!โ
Yoga classes will still go ahead in light rain, should the weather be particularly wet, participants will be informed of a class cancellation with at least an hourโs notice via the Park Yoga Warminster page on Facebook and the Park Yoga website.
