Sometimes the art of being a trainer is giving people the confidence to understand what they know already.
Recently I was asked to help a friends family member to get through their driving theory test. Now I’m not a driving instructor but by taking a little time to simply explain why there are rules In place and letting them know why things are in place rather than just saying it’s because they are in place makes a real difference.
A little time was well spent and this time they waltzed it.
