Walsall Gala Swimming and Fitness Centre Located in central Walsall, with a competition pool, a teaching pool and Brine pool. Our gym has CV equipment, squat rack, smith machine, and free weights.

Our group exercise classes, aquatherapy, power assisted gym and swim lessons are very popular. Competition style pool - 33.33m x 13.72m, 7.5m, 5m and 3m diving boards, 1 metre spring board. Brine pool, Mint Condition Fitness Centre, Fitzone Gym and Dance Studio

The Gala Baths has the only brine pool in the region - its warm, salty waters are wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic. Brine pool diment

Disabled changing facilities are available for both pools. Walsall Gala Baths offer a wide range of activities and facilities including:
Mint Condition
Fitzone children's gym
Dance Studio Classes
Atlantis swimming lessons
Adult swimming lessons

Looking for a career as a lifeguard?
Walsall Gala Swimming and Fitness Centre will be running an RLSS lifeguard training course
You must be at least 16 years old, and a swim test will be required prior to the booking. The course is 6 days, and all the sessions must be attended ready for the exam on the 6th day.
The dates and times for the course are:
3rd August 8am to 5pm
4th August 8am to 5pm
5th August 8am to 5pm
6th August 8am to 5pm
7th August 8am to 5pm
8th August 8am to 5pm exam day
£285 per person

Please note that from 4:30pm to 5:30pm every Friday, the Gala Pool will be operating on a widths-only basis.

Our normal Gala Pool timetable will resume from 5:30pm onwards.
