We recognise that caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but it can also be difficult and challenging at times. Knowing where to find information, advice and support can make a real difference to the lives of carers.

This year marks the beginning of a new era for residents, as we a new approach to resident to shape our .

We continue to remain committed to working with residents to support the establishment of new residents’ associations or forums, as well as strengthening the network, where you can help to scrutinise services or bring about improvements in areas like , or and activities. We currently have over 100 residents that are engaging with us in these ways.
