Over the years I have thought that failure is not an Option, but the truth is that failure should be an option, without failing how will we learn our true strengths. We have heard CEO's, motivational speakers discuss failure, My experiences have showed me to first learn how to get back up after not achieving your goals or winning a tender and even failing in a small project that you thought was easy to obtain. The best way is to learn is trial and error, the more you practice at your project of tendering for business, the better you shall be, don't look at others to assist you to succeed. Most people want you to fail , use that as strength and prove to yourself you can do this alone, I've heard people say to me do it for your family, i believe we should learn to succeed for ourselves before we start helping others. Yes i agree we should think of family when we want to do well for them, but i do it to prove myself that i can do what ever it takes to jump that hurdle that most people fail to jump successfully. I have had to write down all my Pro's and Con's, I then realized what i have to do, i was tired pleasing CQC or the Councils, these people have never had businesses and most of them probably have no idea how t run care businesses and they come down to your offices because they think by reading books on how care should be, they can tell you how it should be, the system isn't always right but its meant to be there to help care providers to put there action plans to use. I have had the worst time with CQC and i kept pushing to please them for 9 years, But now i want to please myself, so after i looked at what i'm goo at and not so good at, I've come up with something that i thought was impossible for me to do.....I was good at leaning quickly, presentation was always excellent, people skills, and i was excellent with computers, so i have taught myself to Code, It's difficult but not impossible.....SO I'M EXITED ABOUT MY NEW VENTURE.....GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL...
